5-Day Sleep Diary Analysis - I’ll provide you access to a sleep log to track your child’s sleep over five days, and I’ll review the data to highlight patterns and areas for improvement.
45-Minute Zoom Consultation - We’ll go through the findings together and I’ll offer clear guidance and actionable advice on how to reset their routine.
Access to My Private Support Group - Ongoing community support and guidance.

Please note, no sleep training or sleep plans provided; have a pen and paper handy to take notes!

This session is focused on resetting sleep routines through expert advice and actionable steps you can implement on your own.

If your child has never slept independently, and relies heavily on external or parental support to fall asleep, the 1:1 sleep solution is recommended.
