Payment must be made in full before services are provided.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Because of the time and planning involved in personalised support, no refunds are offered once a consultation has taken place or a digital product has been downloaded.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please give at least 24 hours’ notice and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, guides, PDFs, and course materials — is owned by Mellow Child Sleep Solutions or used under appropriate licenses (e.g. Canva Pro, stock image providers).

You may not:

  • Share, copy, or distribute materials without permission
